Lycamobile - I cannot access or activate SIM card

New ReviewerI bought a phone nuu m2 from Amazon which came with two free months of Lycamobile service when I got the phone I tried to activate the Sim It's been a month-and-a-half I've called the half a dozen times been told they were going to elevated every time never had I been recontact it nobody has ever gotten back to me they just completely ignored me they would say they're going to elevate over and over again I would tell them this is what you told me last time this is what you told me last time and yet they would continually say the same thing in fact three times they hung up on me my SIM card says as the phone number 100******** I don't know what the *** I can do at this point any ideas cuz they certainly don't have any I would like to sue them I would like to have a class action lawsuit with everybody that I've read about

For the last 10 days I can not get my connection back on my old number. I called 1300 number, 122 number, e-mailed , they only pass the ticket from one to another.
It is supposed to be a 5 min job on 1st Level support and max 5 min on 2nd Level support. They are not up to it. I start writing to they executives and I will continue until their reputation will sufer. Nobody can contact me on my original number!!!
