I have had the worst customer care experience . I cannot activate my phone I followed the written procedure and when the phone did not activate I called customer care .
I have spoken to various operators who ask me the same questions and then try offering various solutions which do not work .
I was told that there was a technical problem and that I had to wait two days then call back I would like to point out that It is a problem to actually speak to an operator and when the call goes over 5 minutes the call is cut off .
After a week of interminable waiting Drive to exasperation when I requested a refund I had to go through the same identification procedure and then .. I was cut off..
