Lycamobile has terrible customer service. If you try and call they will either not answer the call or simply hang up on you after you've waited 1 hour + on hold. I don't get sms's when my phone is off, even once turned back on. All my other providers this does not happen. Random drop outs despite being a reseller of the best network in Australia. On top of all this they are more expensive than other carriers / resellers, so there is zero reason...

I couldn't make a call to them so I used their online chat service. The agent didn't solve the problem and immediately pretend he lost me by saying I wasn't responding for a long time, which was not true because I sent them a reply like 30 seconds ago, and then disconnected me. lycamobile doesn't support short code texting, so you can't text to your bank to get your balance info, or text it for sweepstake entry or receive promotional texting from companies such as Cici, subway, autozone. Worse of all it didn't disclose this to customers and when being complained by customers, it refused to give refund.
