I was buying sim and plan for my friend. The transaction failed on submission but my credit card was charged.
I have send several emails and called customer service multiple times but yet to get refund back. Please let me know how to escalate the matter or file a legal action against such a fraud company.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

same happened to me. transaction failed after submitting, then i clicked submit again and it was successful but i was charged 2 times. i called them, after a veeerrryyy long wait a representative picked up the call he told me he has forwarded my complaint and if it get "approved" i will get my money back in 4-5 working days.
