Lycamobile - Non delivery of SIM before expiry of plan
I had ordered a SIM card from their website. The SIM with plan PIN expires in 15 days.
If not redeemed, the plan will be lost. It's been 15 days, I haven't received the SIM card and no one from lycamobiles has replied to my emails. I have written to the complaints section as well as to the customer care. I have written to them through Facebook as well, but no reply whatsoever.
And the customer care number either doesn't work, or ask for a phone number(which I don't have yet).
Needless to say, this is very frustrating. I would at least expect the customer care to reply to emails or communicate regarding the delay.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $12.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Lycamobile Cons: Worst customer service.
