I was recharging my cell phone online from many months. but from last month on it is not recharged and asking for id proof and first and last digit of credit card. got message like this Unfortunately your order ( QTU0002267495 ) was not successful. asked customer care to recharge they couldn't do. The number i was trying for my friend. 4089906160. What is the problem and should be resolved. i was given a reference code 50898617. please see how could it be settled
