On march 10th I bought online an esim with the number 1-20*-***-**** for $12.86, and later, on March 14th, I bought a physical sim with the number is 1-20*-***-****, for $7.88.
When buying plans, there were no indication of AUTOMATIC renewal. I was in US for only 3 weeks.
And today my card (visa, last four digits 0328, issue country: Mongolia) was charged $12.88.
I wanted a refund and delete my information from their database. Unfortunately, 2 month later still no resolution. All they do is require me to submit same information over and over again.
So, i have had it, and today l filed a complaint with the federal communications commission. And I call on all pissed customers to do the same.

This morning ,I changed my plan to $ 15 but doesnt work after that I go back to my normal $19 plan .now I need $15 back to my account and need the internet because , I m not have it thank you

My carrier said it would take 10 to 15 business days to port my number. I can't wait that long, I would have liked to have Lyca.
I talked to customer service on the phone and was told to send my receipt and my ID. I just want my money back because I can't use this service at this time.
I've already had one mobile carrier charge me $16.56, so I'm not just going to let companies take my money for a service I can't use. I want my refund.

Last year I purchased a pre-paid 30 Sim card for my 8 day stay in New York from Amazon.
In Spain. Upon my arrival in New York, I got in touch with your Customer Service Support number because I never received an activation email from the seller (Travsim).
In spite of the sellers description, I was informed by you that the card had no airtime and that I had to buy it. I bought $15 and I was assigned the following phone number: +1 (87*) *******. I returned to Spain on November 26th I dont want to pay a monthly fee for the Sim card because the validity was for 30 days only and I use my local service provider in Spain. Since December, I have observed that you have debited my credit card twice for $15 for a service that I dont need and cannot use in Spain.
The ID number was 89198 0**** 27196 ****.
Considering the aforementioned details, I kindly request you please revert the two debits for $15 each. Please revert to me should you require further details.
