They tell you you have unlimited data, they let you enjoy unlimited data for two month and then they will stop providing data after 1GB, if you call them they will say you must purchase additional data. When you explain that you have unlimited they pretend they did not hear you.

If you ask to be directed to a manager they will say yes and then connect you to a voice mail that does not record a voice mail.

This is consistent. Another trick they will play is they will tell you they will escalate it to technical team, the technical team will send you a text after 24 hours saying issue is resolved but nothing will change.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $92.
