Nothing, hung up on by representative for 2nd time on 7/27/17 after waiting 1/2 hour for someone to answer call. I have contacted customer service everyday for the past 3 1/2 weeks about my not being able to RECEIVE CALLS, have TEXED various offices and NOT 1 REPLY.
I have lost patience, beginning to feel this is a ploy of Lycamobile because each time I report message, it changes. I has direct pay and a Samsung 4S phone, and T-Mobile has finished their upgrade, so there is no reason my service HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED TO ITS FULLEST CAPACITY SO THAT THIS MATTER MAY BE RESOLVED. Now I am pleading for someone to step up and correct this situation.
HELP ME PLEASE. No one deserves to be treated this way.
