The worst phone company ever

First of all, they are by far the fakest news ever. They false promote their phone plans.

I was told I was paying 19 swiss francs/month for unlimited data, internet, it was even on the brochure I got. Two weeks later, I was surprised to NOT be able to connect through my phone. When I called customer care, the guy was rude, impolite, impatient, and condescending. He explained to me that unlimited internet actually was only LIMITED to 3g of data at a normal speed, and then the rest of the "unlimited internet was at the same speed internet had in 1998" (his words not mine) I tried explaining to him that this was not indicated anywhere on the brochure I was given when I purchased my sim card, and he could not care less, he even said " well This is how it works, now I won't be repeating myself all day long so goodbye".

Second thing: against my better judgment (and because I had an emergency) I recharge my sim card 20 francs so I can use my phone. Not only they would not allow me to register for the plan I had, but they stole the 20 francs, saying I used internet on my phone without any plan (which was not the case since I was on Wifi the whole time) I tried calling customer care for two days with no outcome, every time the system just hangs up on me. the Same thing when I call customer care, same experience, same rudeness, same careless reactions. The guy even admitted that they did not care and they false advertise and steal.

NEVER BUY OR DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. IT SEEMS LEGIT BUT THEY ARE CHEAP AND VERY BAD AT SERVICE.

YOU DO NOT GET COVERAGE EVERYWHERE. IF YOU NEED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE PLANNED FOR THE DAY BECAUSE THE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM WILL FOREVER HANGS ON YOU (i think they use it as a tactic to discourage from really making the call, i spent more than 2 days trying to reach them) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Lycamobile Cons: Worst customer service ever, Penalizing customer because of mismanagement of lycamobile, Screw customer for no reason, Bad attitude.
