Lycamobile - Worst company to do business to do.
I alredy have AT&T phone but I need cheap 2nd line and i ordered sim via Lyca mobile website and for 10 days after i receive the sim card for $19 plan, I was not able to activate the line. they keep transferring the me from customer service to porting department and porting department to technical department.
At last I was request to talk with supervisor or manager but they keep disconnecting when i want a supervisor. I have called them 15 times and they keep raising my complain to their higher level of support but issue never got resolved. I think they just creating false reference number and those agent does not know how to resolve the issue.I think Lycamobile is cheat. I will never do business with Lyca mobile.
they steal my money. they are not returning my money or they giving me a new sim card.

Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Lycamobile Cons: Customer service was very very bad.
