I orderdered lyca sim. I did port into lyca number.
However, the given simcard was damaged. Sim card was not working. I called them first. They told they need to escalate this to technical team and wait for 48 hours.
I waited. Now, they are saying that new simcard order should be approved and is in the process. It has been a week but new sim card order has not been processed yet. I am without any number for more than 1 week now.
They do not really care about customer problem. It is the worst service ever I have in my life.
Never ever go with lyca mobile service. They really suck.
